Property Tax Bill FAQs

Property owners are now beginning to receive tax bills, and they will notice the Mammoth Unified School District (MUSD) levies taxes, which were passed by the voters. Please see below sample tax bills for 2017-2018 and 2018-2019. Color coding is used to help answer questions about MUSD taxes. Your tax statement should now have information on three types of assessments, all approved by voters of the District.
